I'm glad that your mother is OK. Clots are much more dangerous than heart failure. Heart failure can be controlled by drugs. Blood clots, which also can be controlled by medications, are life threatening. If a clot breaks loose and ends up in the lungs or the brain, it's a very serious matter. I sitting here cheering that it was heart failure!

Being new to your journal, I am impressed with your ability to crank out fiction. I can write, but I cannot write fiction. I am in awe of your creativity.
