I can't think of a nicer day spent than drinking coffee in a bookstore

It was lovely for the first three hours, then it began to pall a little. I was burdened with the lappy and notes and I was afraid of relinquishing the sofa, tbh! But ten till one in Starbucks, then 1.30 till after seven in Waterstones - was too much even for a lazy sod like me!

Entanglement is coming on slowly. I'm still not sure where it's going - or rather, I know the bones of the plot but there are things, other things and lots of them and I'm not so certain about those. I'm mainly concentrating on the sitcom right now. I'm much happier with that.

Hope your own writing is going well? It was nioce, for me, to have a day free of distractions to just get on with. It's almost impossible for me to work at dad's house and it's really getting me down tbh.
