I'm back online.

I had to re-install Windows (and all the misery that entails) to do it but I'm finally back online.

Thank all the Gods. It's been hard but I made it. ::swigs from much-needed tumbler of red-booze::

Tis a veritable pain. Maiunly because the wretchedly useless and hideously annoying Toshiba software re-salts itself all over the place. And the touchpad is doing really irritating things AND my spell-checker and thesaurus and battery manager and - sigh every bloody thing will have to be re-installed.
