better gruel than the poor house, one supposes. I am rather into gruel myself at the moment, presuming gruel to mean porridge (in England used to feed horses, in Scotland, to feed men. heh) which I have a veritable insatiable craving for these days.

But on! With the day. So much to do. Have a good one. There are warnings of dire weather and stormy dangers yet here, the sun shines upon us and is most merry.
