and you have the time this bitter Saturday morning, Jonathan Ross is ill and  David and Catherine are doing the R2 show today, which is always a wonderful thing.

Guests include Ricky Gervais and Anthony Head. R2, now till one pm, what could be nicer?

Are the Essex girls OK? I believe you've had a spot of snow.

We had a covering when we woke up this morning - completely surprised as not forecast by the forecasters (sleet/ rain), coastal areas only...

No snow here, completely cloudless blue, blue skies but absolutely bitter! it seems to have hit the south and east only so far, wonder if it'll make it over here? At least if it snows it won't be so gosh darned cold!
