It's very unlikely you're actually banned. Since you're on dial up you've probably logged on using a banned ip - Just try logging off, logging on again and see if that works(?)

I use Avast spyware, but I seriously doubt if it's your spyware that's doing it. If you really think it might be your spyware, temporarily disable it and try logging on then - but I'd be *very* surprised if that's it.
