Open the Word doc of your fic. Click AutoSummarise (on the tools menu), when it has autosumarised tell it to put the output in a new document and that you want the summary to be 100 words or less. The shorter the fic the more coherent sense the summary will make, but the long ones are funnier.

From the Chasing Rainbows sequel;

Jim asked.

Jim asked. Jim’s hand stilled in Blair’s hair. I’m your partner, Jim. Blair shrugged. Blair asked again.

Jim nodded, said nothing, still staring at Blair. 

Blair said, as Jim finished his dinner.

Blair tried again. Blair nodded. Jim looked away. Blair stopped struggling. Blair rasped. Jim asked, quietly.

Blair nodded.

Blair nodded. Jim smiled tightly. Jim nodded. Jim laid cool fingers against Blair’s forehead.

Jim nodded. Blair glanced away. “Jim,” he asked, hesitantly. Jim shook his head. Jim prompted.

Jim’s eyes had turned stone cold

“D… Jim’s temper finally snapped. Blair sighed. “Cold.”

“Yeah,” Blair sighed.

Blair interrupted. Blair sighed. “Blair,” William smiled. “Jim?” Blair asked. Blair nodded. Blair asked.
