Good morning Flist!

It is still morning isn't it? ::checks:: Uh huh. But only just. I'm just breaking for a much-needed mug of cawfee...

Because I just completed the last chapter of the first part of the Chasing Rainbows sequel, which is a rather lovely feeling.  It took me longer than I thought; I should be stripping the kitchen floor about now, but Mark is being very understanding. (o: It'll need to be read-through and smoothed over with a critical eye, but I should be able to get that posted to my estimable betas later on today. For those of you reading my Academy tale, I'm going back to that next; it's all prepped and ready to go and I and should be able to post a fresh chapter in a day or two.

And I finished another chapter of m'novel this morning - must get the submission off to a fresh batch of agents, today.

So, all in all,  I'm feeling pretty damn smug and self-satisfied. It's another gorgeous day out there; warm, but autumnal with that lovely September tang in the air. Hopefully the weather should hold for the afternoon and I can get a run in the hills while the heather's still in bloom (I likes me a run in the heather (o:)

Right, well then, coffee, I guess, then pressing on with the mucky stuff. I hope you're all having a gradely day, my lovelies. XX

Heh. Well I had my run and a work out too ::is virtuous:: Now I'm waiting for the darn courgettes to grill so we can *eat* (darnit - they're slow)

I'm glad you're pleased, but it'll be a while yet; I've only finished part one - there's a long way to go, still as it's clearly shaping up to be another novel-length epic. ::sigh::

The novel is on it's second leg. I tried to sell it once before with no luck; giving it another try...
