I smell of dust, old books and bluebells. (Reply).

We have never had such a quiet, small Christmas, but it was very nice just the same.
Funny thing. During Christmas Eve dinner (which we'd always spent with Mum) I had a little tearful breakdown and was much comforted by a teary J. And this morning of course, I woke up reliving the whole hospital thing of last Christmas. But on Christmas Day, although I was very aware of all the changes and missing Mum, I was okay.
I hope your Boxing Day festivities have been a success. We've certainly never ever had such a quiet or mundane one.
But soon we're going to watch Pirates of the Caribbean #2 so that we can watch the third one, which I received for Christmas yesterday. *g*
