OK, so, I'm not American and I have never heard of ten of these people...

But I am very, very bored -

Purloined from several.

2008 Presidential Candidate Matching Quiz

I have no idea what any of this means (if anything) but it looks like me and this Kucinich guy (who, since he hasn't featured at all, to my knowledge, on the extensive (aka excessive) BBC reporting on the presidential electioning and all that, is probably not much of a contender? (o:) should maybe go on holiday together? *G* Mike Gravel sounds like a made-up name; a gurning maniac played by Terry Gilliam in a Python sketch.

Oh, honey, we're bored too, and we have another 10 months of it.

I'd like to wipe the slate clean and start afresh :)

heh heh...

Well, I meant bored with the general tedium of Sunday evening but I do hear that on the election-fatigue. It's all over the news all the time and it's not even our bloody election. *g*

LMAO! You are TOO funny to have done this! *g*

They're our next door neighbours, so to speak and I sure as hell can't be bothered to do this! Heh heh!

Such was the level of my boredom - but it's a fairly innocuous set of questions. And does *anyone* know who Kucinich and Gravel are?

Ask me if I care! Heh heh! *g*

Democrat. Yes you are, and a strong showing for the underdog while you're at it. But I see that the failed vice-pres candidate from last election is in third place, ex-president's First Lady is in 4th and the African American hopeful is in fifth.

While my odds on favorite is dead last. LOL. Must be a popularity contest.

As for Hillary, I think the only reason she might win New York is cause she's not wanted there, and they are trying to get her out!

Interesting that, here in the UK, red = left wing and blue = right. This would appear to be the other way around.

I have no idea who most of these people are, tbh; it's not a test of voting preferences so much as fitting your own political views to a candidate. Since I can't vote for any of em I don't suppose those guys in red are losing any sleep.

As far as I can tell, no one on LJ seems to have much time for Mr Thompson. I don't know who he is or what he stands for but I hope I never get stuck in a lift with him. *G*

Heh, actually of the candidates, he's the only one I would really vote for. He's the one who's not pushing. If he becomes President, fine, he'll be president. He's an actor/senator of Tennessee. He said he didn't go looking to be an actor, but he is one and he does the best at it he can. He said he didn't go out looking for the Senate, but he's took it cause he felt he could do it and there ya go. He tossed his hat into the ring cause, IMHO, if one actor could be president, and another could be governor of California, and the world didn't explode, why not try it again?
