panik | Off to Yorkshire

...to stay with Mum n Dad for a bit, leaving sometime this morning - prolly sooner than I'd like as Mark (the partner) is already packed and getting fidgety on me and I'm still in my pjs and struggling to write with 3 band-aided fingers. Ho hum. Pray for us as we cross the Woodhead pass on a Friday (what sort of a lunatic does a thing like that? Hmmm?). I'll be there a week but it's OK as M&D have broadband and I'm taking Sunday off to visit Alison/Alibongo (don't forget to leave her messages of love, hope and peace - she starts her new job today!) so my lovely SO can attempt to get her wireless up and running so we can have mutual chat as we watch pert cheeky nubs sessions together (to which all are welcome!!!)

Don't forget to set those DVDs/videos/whatever you use for the 15yo (well, that's what he looks like with all that hair, dang it!) Richard on Jake and the Fatman on Saturday - which is also my Dad's - and astonishingly, also BAWs - birthday!!!

OK. I'd better go and get showered and move it. TBH, writing with just your ring finger gets really old, really fast... ::sigh::

Hope your fingers are better soon. Did you hurt them while you were doing the grouting? Either way, I hope they heal quickly. Maybe you should rest them while watching lots and lots of Sentinel stuff. :oD

Enjoy your stay with your folks. Hope your fingers recover soon. Plenty of Aloe vera on them to help with the healing.
