Because it's Doctor Who tonight, then it's Verity Lambert Night on BBC4!
7.10pm The Naked Civil Servant
8.30pm The Daleks - from 1963! In black and white, 405 lines!
The Tardis lands on Skaro, which appears to be an inhabited planet. However, the Doctor is about to meet the creatures that will become his greatest enemies and finds himself battling to save the peaceful Thals...
Look at me bouncing this is my massive Bill Hartnell squee! ::chortle::
9.50pm Verity Lambert: Drama Queen
Tribute to the television and film producer's 43-year career
10.50pm Minder Ah, OK - well I have an eppy of Life on Mars I can slip on while I wait for...
11.40pm Jonathan Creek - Massive squee!!! Jonathan seizes the opportunity to get his own back on a reviewer who criticised his show by refusing to reveal how his priceless painting was stolen, turning down a £50,000 reward in the process. A disgruntled Maddie must try and persuade him to let bygones be bygones.
I was hoping for the 'Who-fan' ep where he meets his fans and they're all dressed like him, but at least it's a proper ep, with Caroline Quentin and not one of the travesties with Julia Sawalah.
Man. That's my evening truly sorted. I am absurdley excited. I really, truly need to get out more...

(BTW, apologies for any typos but I can't see what I type in a comment box on your page - the text is about half a shade darker than the white background. Is it just me?)
Re: Two hours to go...
No idea what's up with the coment box - it does that sometimes apparently. I get it on other people's LJs from time to time. Just one of those li'l LJ eccentricities I guess.
