Is it just me, or was that a bit rubbish?
Had the potential to be so much more but decided to be shallow, derivative and mostly pointless. I mean, why send Martha off on a meaningless trek with Old Gregg just to kill poor Gregg off (badly)... I mean, what was the point of all that? It would have been better to keep Martha with them and spend the time saved giving the main plot-line the depth it so desperately needed.
Jenny's entirely expected death -I knew she had to die but gosh, I thought we'd get something rather less predictable. And then she comes back to life... Oooh, wasn't expecting that (sarcastic; moi?).
So Jenny's out there somewhere - not very far away though (wouldn't have thought you'd get that far on a shuttle. How much fuel do they carry, I wonder?) so I expect we'll see her again. Do I care?
::thinking::
::still thinking::
(I'll have to get back to you on that).
The season arc does seem to be leading up to the return of the Time Lords so I suspect Jenny will play some sort of a role in that, but Donna really ought to get her red shirt washed and ironed; she is so doomed, isn't she? ::sigh::

Too cool for subject
Mary SueWhoops...
LOL
Very, very, VERY disappointing (but at least they didn't make her an *actual* daughter which would have been extremely irritating... ::is sighing for all those 'Jenny is the spawn of the Doc's hand and The Master scenarios fandom's been entertaining itself with all week::
Oh, but when Donna said 'like to see you try that' - the 'interesting thought, but I'm game' expression on The Doc's face made my slashy heart beat! ::grins naughtily::
Re: LOL
Yes, I got very hopeful there for a little while!
