I always knew that Neil Gaiman was a man of impeccable intelligence and taste. (o: From his blog:
...Maddy and I agreed that there were bits of plot in "The Doctor's Daughter" that necessitated not just suspension of one's disbelief but the surgical extraction of said disbelief before dangling it over a vat of bubbling acid in the hopes that it would shut up. We loved "The Unicorn and the Wasp" though).
Hee.
I'm really excited about Steven Moffat taking over...
Well, aren't we all? *g*
But what's this about Paul Cornell being in an accident? Cor crickey. O:! Glad he's OK.

Too cool for subject
heh heh heh

I adored the Unicorn and the Wasp too, in spite of the fact that the logic of the plot was worthy of Torchwood. *g* By five minutes in I was wishing for a teetotaller's way of playing drinking games. You know, 'Cards on the table' *drink* 'the moving finger' *drink* and on and on and on.
NG is most worthy of your fangirling.
And I'm always up for a good drinking game - except the Withnail one which is liable to end in death.
Re: NG is most worthy of your fangirling.
I don't drink, alas. But there needs to be an equivalent for those of us who are otherwise sober and responsible.
Well, erm... sort of.
Too cool for subject
BTW, even though I don't have them in my interests, I love history and archeology, only mostly as an ardent spectator.
Oh friend away!
You seem an interesting sort of a cove yourself. I've re-friended you; it's what I do.
I was about to ask if you wanted to join our LJ Eurovision party tonight, but see you're in Kentucky which sounds almost impossibly exotic. I went to North Carolina once; that's about as adventuresome as I get (and I'm told that because it was Chapel Hill it doesn't count).
Welcome to my world, young M_F. You may escape with your sanity. ::cue evil laugh::
OMG, you have 818 friends. 818!! How ever do you cope?
Re: Oh friend away!
Bwahahahahahahahahahaaaaa! You know that bit about I should get out more? There's not much to get out to in Kentucky, although Louisville is rather fun.
I have 818 friends? Dude. Seriously?
I really need to pay more attention, don't I? :)

So your profile would have me believe. ::checks again to ensure is not deranged:: Nope. That's what it says.
I mean, seriously? You're awfully popular. (o:
