I'm glad you'll get some use out of your prettified house at least for awhile. =>}

I guess not too many people nowadays want fixer uppers.

Not at the price I want to sell for, certainly. (o:

We like our house and we'll enjoy having it fixed up, for sure - it's needed it for a long time and we've been putting it of forever.
