I smell of dust, old books and bluebells. I just finished the notes for my novel. : comments.

Too cool for subject
Hey - go you! What a fab start to the new year. ::kisses your happy smiley face::
And I'm all Wheeeee! because it's Jonathon Creek, at a decent time of night, on a channel I can get on the old steam-driven thing, plus I have wine and cake.
::smooches you back with big smacky kisses::
A week in a well with Helen Shapiro!
Ah, ::hunches back:: the book! the book! She's driving me mad! I think I'm there now, though. I'm going to start writing her next week anyway and damn the consequences.
::smooching you in return with bearded beery breath and a cheeky, hopeful smile::
Re: A week in a well with Helen Shapiro!
Ooh, bearded beery breath! My fav!!
How come the book is a she? I love the idea... my grandmother gave everything a sex, whether appropriate or not. All cats were 'she' even when they were irrefutably toms.
Re: How come the book is a she?
OOh, Jonathan Creek! nips off to build a quick g&t.
