And frost too, it's all rather lovely. There is also coffee. Some rum might have found its way into said coffee (mmm. nice) and I am about to (re) start writing my novel.

OK.

Yeah.

Two thousand words a day. We can do this.

Here we go.

Alright.

We have snow too! It snowed very early this morning and it's still snowing as I speak. This makes me insanely happy :-)

Oh and good luck withe the writing *cheers*

Here the skies are sunny and clear, it's insanely cold and the snow has frozen into a treacherous icy death-trap. No writing yet as I've had to bake bread since there's no chance we'll make it into town today. :o(

Thanks for the good wishes, trying again... *g*

I'm impressed - I decided to try for 300 a day... and have already fallen down :(

I probably have more time on my hands than you, hon. :o) 2,000 is my usual target - some days good, others bad (and this is shaping up bad so far with various snowly problems) but it generally averages out. I want the first draft done by early summer so 2,000 a day it has to be.

This is true. Making a New Years Resolution while we're still flat out at work wasn't sensible (OTOH, I break them every year, so at least I've got that</i. done nice and early... err...)

::sigh:: Actually the snow has stopped me doing anything so far. It's very cold and very icy and since the council long-since stopped gritting country roads, there's no chance whatsoever of leaving the house today, hence I've had to bake bread and other stuff. I'm just settled to try again.

LOL.

I've had a bit of a snow-related hiatus (see all the above) and am just about to try again.

::sighs a bit:: I have more coffee. I can do this...
