Welcome to my perfumed garden

Aka the chinmey sweep, on his annual visit, singing away to himself downstairs, so I'm exiled to the bedroom, trying to work (and not succeeding).

And the 'K' on my keyboard is on the way out. This laptop is failing at an extraordinary rate. I know I ought to send it back to Toshiba. I just don't want to. )o:

I'd've completely forgotten it was Valentines day if it weren't for the pritty LJ banner above.

You know, the one where the cross America in beat-up old cars with slogans painted on the side - in Hammond's case it was  'Man Love Rules OK' in big pink letters on the side - and almost get lynched in Alabama as a resut (anyone who was in the Temple chatroom last Sunday will know what I'm on about), is on again tonight, 7pm, BBC2.

It's also on again, on BBC3, 7.05pm, Saturday 17th.
