And it's starting to melt now the sun is out.  When I was little, snow regularly buried the house in a drift, right up to the bedroom windows. Hey ho the nonny. ::sigh::

So, what did everyone do with their LJ-free day? Personally,  found it strangely liberating. (o:

Alas. Nothing exciting. The mains cable to my lappy, that's been slowly falling apart for the last couple of weeks, sheared off completely and now I have no means of charging the battery till the new cable arrives. )o:

I'm having to conserve power in hopes of making it last till... whenever; probably the end of next week so I'm only checking emails and skimming LJ - so if you don't hear from me for a bit, that's why.
