A sci-fi comedy (written by Graham Duff and starring Mark Gatiss and a Baby Cow production no less) that's been playing on Radio 4 on Thursday nights.

Last night's final eppy guest-starred David Tennant (ref'd throughout as 'The Doctor'; yeah... I know, but it gave me a cheap little thrill and I'm grateful) as Doctor Beep and one memorable bit of dialogue went as follows...

'My brain is like Fire and Ice!'

'Your brain is like tepid water?'

'On this world i am called the Oncoming Drizzle'.

Also the immortal line; 'I'have to say, I found that very hard to look at, and I have a skinless groin'.  Gods, I wish I'd written that!

Last night's was the last in this series, but it's on Listen Again till next Thursday, if anyone's interested.

On PM tonight, talking about the UFO that apparently attacked a police helicopter over Cardiff.

Ah...  it made me giggle as I tossed m'salad.

It's the weekend everyone. Got a rather nice Chardonnay and some spanking olives. Doctor Who tomorrow, a new series of Top Gear (hear me squee!!!) starting on Sunday. Have a lovely one, everyone. ::blowing them kisses::
