Gosh what a tiring day.

I have struggled mightily with the plot of m'novel all day and still not quite won the battle. Lots more to be done tomorrow, dammit. Gods, I'm tired.

Wrote 1,000 words of  Blue. Progress be good.

Chatted with my friend Maria who's in Spain right now, having dismissed her cheating scumbag of a Peruvian boyfriend and left her job and her life behind to come home. We shall be meeting in London next month - the first time in 14 years!

So, having a nice big glass of red, thinking about dinner. The snow is melting but lawdy law it's cold. I've just switched on the news - Did something happen in America today...?

Boy did it! LOL!! *grins insanely* WOOOOOHOOOOO!!! ...still on a high from the wonderfullness! Oh, and very cool about your friend, it's great to meet up with old friends. i hope things go well for her! :)
