I would suggest 'scuzzbucket' or 'scuzzbag', which still may not be enough. Isn't it 'interesting' (read dripping sarcasm, here) that all the worst pejorative terms are used for women?

A phrase might be better. I got some "cussing lessons" in this thread -- when in doubt, follow a simple formula. mild pejorative ('damn', 'goddamn', 'no-good', 'scum-sucking', etc) + animal + sexual act + collective noun, obscene or no. to wit: 'goddamn puppy-fucking bastard(s)', 'scum-sucking goat-fellating son-of-a-bitch',

Personally, I don't like 'fucking' as a swear-word, because that activity is supposed to be fun. <g> But the formula helped me come up with "a goddamn scum-sucking puddle of pig-snot". Feel free to use that, or to create your own, using the formula provided.

A friend would often use the phrase bow-legged frog-fucking son-of-a-bitch.

The worst word in MY personal vocabulary is "asshole", but that sounds too nice for what you want. Heh heh.

There is also "Mother fucking son of a bitch!". You could always modify it with a nice "filthy" at the beginning. =>}

I think for your needs, you'll have to get inventive. There's no standard yank phrase to cover all of that. Personally I like to call a particularly detestable person a "syphilis-infected cum bubble". But if you can refer to a man as being a) gay, b) a woman, or c) a woman's genitals, those are always the best choices. Something like "cock-swallowing jizz bucket" covers those areas nicely, for instance. Good luck and have fun! ^_^

You might throw 'slimy' or 'greasy' in there somewhere. My Dad's favorite is 'There's a picture of him in the dictionary next to the word 'asshole'.
