i don't know the word 'mithering' either - it sounds like a linguistical relative of 'dithering' to me. but i know about fatigue burn out type stuff. i keep going round and round and sometimes it seems like i never get anywhere. but hang in there - your flist is here for you. ::hugs::

mithered, pron. mye-thr'd, means bothered, badgered.

As to the rest, I think 'burn out' is about right. It's mental fatigue born of never getting any peace but I have a few days home now and hoping the rest will sort me out.
