Have you tried B vitamins? Hope things go well on the cleaning Blitz.
And your sleep patterns straighten out. It is hard to think straight when you're sleep deprived.

Too cool for subject

I don;t take vitamins tbh, I eat a pretty healthy diet; I think it's just lack of quiet-time that's making me so gloomy. And I got the cleaning done, thanks, and the shopping, then walked the dog, had a work-out, a 40 min run and cooked supper.

But we're at our own house again till Sunday and after a nightmare drive and the shopping, I'm having a rest; - only it's such a gorgeous day, I really feel I should go out for a walk on the moors. The weather's too good, it can't possibly last... *g*
