Whereabouts are you? I'm from Sheffield too - Gleadless (the nice bit :o)) then Loxley, tho I now live between rural Lancashire and Penistone (long story). :o)

I'm in Chapeltown, Sheffield... originally from Barnsley. Gleadless... is that Heeley way? Don't really know it... not being native and all.

I look forward to finding out more about you. It's ages since I had a new friend. :D

Half my family live in Chapeltown.:o) Gleadless is down on the south-west tip of t'city, on the Derbyshire border, in fact much of it's in Derbyshire. It has a rep for being rough but that's just one little bit of it, it's a lovely bit of town. I haven't been there in years.

I've been quietly writing every morning, which naturally requires that I stop every hour or so and check emails, Twitter and LJ and - man, nothing happening! I've been drifting off to bed at 9.30 every night with Seinfeld and a book, it's been terrible! *G*

Nah - it stopped raining, so I ran outside and dug for victory, then ran round with a camera that only works on one side so I have to take two of everything, and then some mates turned up and they needed feeding, then it got dark... *hg*
