Re: What's quorn?
Good to know so I'll never try it. Heh heh.
I can't eat mushrooms nor any kind of cheese made with mold. I tried that soy product that's moldy once - darned if I can remember the name - and nearly barfed. How can people put things in their mouths that taste like our basement floor? *g*
(J. loves moldy cheeses, the moldy the better)
Re: What's quorn?
I practically live on mushrooms and blue cheeses myself, but entirely astonished at what some people will eat, I must admit.
Re: What's quorn?
Made from a fungus? I'll pass. *g*
I love Cheddar. The older the better. And Swiss, Havarti, Farmer's, Colby, Parmesan, Asiago, Romano, Feta, Bocconcini, Mozerella, White Cheshire, Monteray Jack, Cream Cheese, Cottage cheese and others.
Usually if I tell people I don't like moldy cheeses, they say, "You don't like cheese?" So not true. =>}
