It's too hot.

Can we be returned to our regular weather now please?

Been to Matalan. Pjs and t shirts have been achieved (and OMG! pink!) also sweat pants for the necessary work out and other sundry unexciting things. Got a nice big coffee mug for £2. I like Matalan, it takes the misery out of clothes and household shopping ::nods::

So. Currently feeding and watering myself prior to tackling the new, shiny chapter ten of the novel and a chapter of  Decimated, the fic I'm writing with the everso nicely naughty [livejournal.com profile] fluterbev . I must press on, I have been terribly remiss on the writing front of late.

I hear you on the heat. It's been 100F+ here all week, with no end in sight. The one time I was in the UK, it was 90F+ so I suspect I brought the Texas heat with me.

Thanks. I happen to be one Canadian who hates hockey, but I DO love maple syrup. *g*

We had lunch at friends. That was nice.

And I NEVER, but NEVER say "oot" or "aboot". Sheesh!

Pink pjs, ahahaha! They are so very pink and have a vile cutesy embroidery thingy on the pocket, but roomy and comfy and most importantly, cheap. *g*
