I keep finding out that people I loved have died via the internet. It's been one after another lately but this has been the hardest news of all. I can hardly take it in.

I know, I can't take it in either. I wasn't well this afternooon - I had a bad episode of SVT, ie rapid heartbeat (which I get occasionally), which lasted hours, and found this out just as I was beginning to get over it. I just sat and bawled my eyes out :-(

I'm sorry you've not been well, sweetie.

I was always hopeful that we'd get to meet her one day. She was such a constant, a complete delight. I'm going to miss her so much.

I was only thinking about her this morning and how quiet she'd been, should email, etc etc. I can't even begin to take it in yet.

I didn't know her as well, but I always loved her posts, so bright and brave... I knew she was very ill but had so much hope she'd come through it...

I may post the little TS ficlet I wrote for that collection we sent to her as a tribute - in a few days, though. Right now I simply want to read some of her back posts and remember someone I never actually met, but 'met' so happily and richly.
