Mr Stub decides he is a cat

This does not happen often.

His chuchy little face! He's so anerable and prosh! :D

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 09:09 am (UTC)(link)
Have you been drinking, sweetie?

[identity profile] cerebralpig.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 09:17 am (UTC)(link)
Only coffee... why do you ask? Are you not familiar with teh language of Cute?

Why no, since you ask.

I find myself smiling unnaturally whilst edging away slowly and carefully.

That dog is doing things to my innermost digestive organs. What a darling!

[identity profile] monkeyfun1.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 09:28 am (UTC)(link)
I must say... This is an extraordinary photo! My cats would be a blur if I pointed a camera at them while they were in a tree!

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 09:29 am (UTC)(link)
It was done on an iphone, would you believe (but by a professional photographer)

[identity profile] monkeyfun1.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 09:33 am (UTC)(link)
OKAY... snort to the icon!!! And whoa! iPhone pictures are great then! I would have never guessed. My phone takes crap-o-la photos that I can't send to anything but another phone. Blurgh

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 09:42 am (UTC)(link)
It is a great picture. I love the look of pure terror on his face (just prior to falling out of the tree. He's not a climber, he broke his tail doing that once).

snort to the icon!!!
::bows:: The iconista endeavours to please. :o)

Brave photographer! I'm not sure I'd like to stand in the way of that much precariously balanced moggy. *g*

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 12:53 pm (UTC)(link)
LOL. He's only 4' off the ground, still managed to fall most of it though. As a cat, he's a bit useless, frankly.

[identity profile] hafren.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 10:02 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, he's lovely!

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 12:54 pm (UTC)(link)
Not sure lovely's the word. He's a character. I think that's the polite way to describe him.

[identity profile] rainbowchicken.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 11:40 am (UTC)(link)
Oops! The comment from delmandosiane was actually me! Forgot I was signed into the other one.

looks a bit worried

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 12:55 pm (UTC)(link)
You think? I think he looks frankly terrified! *g* He's only about 4' off the ground there, still managed to fall the last 3'. Hopeless. :o)

heh Understatement? ;-)

[identity profile] quietdarkness.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 02:07 pm (UTC)(link)
He looks so proud of himself, too!

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 09:57 am (UTC)(link)
Such cat-like behaviour happens but rarely, to be sure.

To all you lot...

[identity profile] mrs-tilford.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 03:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Anthropomorphism is not always appropriate - just ask my kitties!

Re: To all you lot...

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 09:58 am (UTC)(link)
I asked the kitties but they say they don't speak English.

[identity profile] mrs-tilford.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 12:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Hah! They lie!

Re: Ah.

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 01:24 pm (UTC)(link)
I thought as much. Like fish, they too are the most appalling decievers.

Re: Ah.

[identity profile] mrs-tilford.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 01:47 pm (UTC)(link)
That is so true! At least fish don't leave "presents" outside their litter boxes and then swear up and down it was the other one that did it!

Re: Ah.

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 01:56 pm (UTC)(link)
You're quite mad, you know.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Re: Ah.

[identity profile] mrs-tilford.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 02:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Yours is not the first opinion of that ilk. I believe it was my B&B host in Keswick who remarked that I was 'daft'.

And, No, thank you, there's nothing wrong with that - I'm in such good company!

[identity profile] banbury.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 05:46 pm (UTC)(link)
Seems he's doubting himself on it :-)

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 09:58 am (UTC)(link)
Stub and trees are not a good combo.

[identity profile] luicat.livejournal.com 2009-09-15 09:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Cool piccie!
I think he looks like he wants the photographer to stay where he is so he has a nice soft landing!

[identity profile] gillyp.livejournal.com 2009-09-16 09:59 am (UTC)(link)
I think you hit the nail on the head there. He managed to fall most of the way, then sat washing himself with a: 'Not an accident, I meant to do that" nonchalance about him.
