Again. Woke to a good 6" (oo er missus!) and it's still coming down.

I love the snow but this is getting tedious. At least it's Sunday, there is such a thing as toast in the world and Randall and Hopkirk is on in a bit; life has its small compensations.

Haven't got any yet but am on the look out for it. Luckily we don't need to go out today now and once Tesco have delivered (any minute hopefully) we can close the doors on the world...

It's started melting here now, I just hope it doesn't decide to freeze.

We have a tabby mog and a Norfolk Terrier but they're a bit useless to tell the truth.

Just how much snow is normal in your area for the winter?

No such thing as normal, really. When I was a kid several feet was unworthy of comment but for decades, none at all has been the norm.

We've had it lightly then! Just a couple of inches over a very long time. It's melting now though. How are you doing there now?

Our 2+ feet has melted down to a few inches and we have visible ground in places. Unfortunately this means mud for the dogs to get through when they aren't trying to get across the remaining snow (the top is frozen so they slip around a bit now). More is expected tomorrow while I'm traveling about for medical tests::sigh::

Still a few inches, what melted yesterday has frozen solid now. There's a window forecast for tomorrow when we're hoping to get away because more heavy snow is forecast for Wednesday. It was nice for a bit but have to say, it's getting a bit boring now :o)
