I'm sorry this happened to you both and I'm glad that Mark is feeling better. Stomachy things like that are most unpleasant (says she of salmonella fame) and he so has my sympathy. So do you for your day going to pot and the worry.

Aw, not all to pot, I got my chapter done, and the start of my fic and Mark seems much better now, thanks.
