LOL Yep, snow's a big deal down there. Here too actually. As soon as we see three snowflakes together, we immediately run to the grocery store & stock up on bread, milk and toilet paper.

Hee! That sounds like my mum. OTOH, when it snows in Yorkshire, it snows - proper drifts up the back of the house kinda thing. Here, it barely dusted the ground. It amused me muchly for the hour or so it stuck around. ::G::

And we are forecast the white stuff for Monday, whether anything actually comes of it...

Glad you are having a good time despite the jet lag, and have tea. A Brit without tea just doesn't bear thinking about!

Ooh! Snow by the time I get home, maybe? So long as it stays white and pretty, doesn't affect the power lines and doesn't delay the flight. (o:

oh, you know Britain, if it snows it will probably last for a few hours with not enough to make a snowman, but enough to cause everything to grind to a halt, cause absolute chaos and be gone the next morning in a huge pool of slush and more flooding because we haven't had enough water already!

For your own safety, put the dip down, step away from the dip!

LOL One year when I was in college, we had a nasty, evil ice storm that *looked* like snow. If I can find the pics, I'll post them someday.
