Loved the way they worked the old footage ( 'The Defender'; 1957) into the plot. Wonderful!  And Brother Jeremy as the judge who smelled of cheese! - talk about the cherry on the cake. (o:

I didn't know what show they'd used, but it WAS perfect indeed! The writers of Boston Legal are the BEST!

And Brother Jeremy was just TOO funny. *g*
