and getting a freeview box. I hardly watch TV at all now and it seems an unnecessary expense when practically all the shows I watch on Sky-only stations, like Boston Legal, I can download. A freeview box would get me almost all the stations I regularly watch, without the hundreds of crappy ones I never look at, but have to wade through. OK, I'll miss the occasional treat - like Richard's last Jake and the Fatman, which I should remind everyone is on Hallmark this afternoon at 1pm - and SciFi and Living TV (Most Haunted Live, Boston Legal - see above) Artsworld I will really miss, and Sky One (but I don't really care much for Jack-less SG1 and - hey, I can download that, too!)... So, I'm thinking, is it really worth shelling out £23 a month when I hardly ever watch TV? Wouldn't that money be better spent on buying DVDs? :smile:
