I'd trust anything Uribe said about as far as I could spit a rat. This article gives a good overview of his presidency's links to the cocaine cartel; no doubt he recognises a good thing when he sees it in relation to palm oil too.
Still, it gives the USA good reason to invade another country, I guess.
