This is really a sly dig at the Ugly American stereotype, right? Right?

Obviously, this meme was developed by a product of the American educational system (you're opinions); or possibly by a 'foreigner' for whom English is a second language. Still, the unknown author likely recognizes that most Americans know precious little about American history. Most people of my acquaintance would fail this little quiz. I must go back now and put in all the wrong answers to find out how s/he scores the garden variety of respondents.

As for the findings, you are obviously not an American although I've been admiring your family's political astuteness from various quotes :-} in your LJ. I must also reluctantly point out that the phrase, "Smart American" has been an oxymoron since the last election proved that the majority of us are incapable of learning from experience.

That said, all Sentinel fic writers are hopeless optimists and therefore we must march into the meme sunset and hope for more hysterical (oops, meant 'historical'), moments like this one. Thanks for finding this!
