Don't I know it! ::a cloud of uncertainty and doom descends amidst an air of 'whatever happened to my life?'::

I should maybe clarify that we never bothered to actually make it legal or anything and all that we're celebrating is our first coupling one warm summer evening back in '82. He wooed me with the hugest G&T (big on the G, very easy on the T) I'd ever seen in my life. 'It' happened in his bedroom (his dad was on nights) on his single bed under his big, red 'Adverts' poster with Fred the dog scratching at the door to be let in.

Ah, the romance...

But we've been together ever since so it seems appropriate to celebrate.

Mark just found a picture of us taken shortly after we moved in together - I'll see if I can post it.
