You're allowed 11, including your collaboration, correct?
Look at where you are if you accept at least one nomination for each story.
That leaves you with the following:
3 author noms
1 collaboration
4 story noms - Rainbows, Sentinel Affair, WW, Child of God
TOTAL: 8
You're allowed three more. So in the case of three out of the five stories you are up for, you can accept two nominations, rather than one.
It's brutal, but it works! Does that help?

Basically, you are allowed a total of ten nominations across the entire ballot. This includes slash nominations, gen nominations and author nominations.
Collaborations are counted separately, since there is more than one author involved. They are additional to your maximum of ten.

Alpha and Omega is up in 5 categories, but I think we're allowed to pare that down to three because it's a collab. I *think* because it's a collaboration, it counts separately from my own 10, but maybe I should email The Committee (does Normal Collier impression) and ask, to be sure, because I'm getting incredibly confused. Re: Collaboration = yes, check with the committee! I suspect you will be able to accept nominations in 3 out of the 5 categories for it, but I am not certain.

I'm kind of okay today. The boys went back to school, but I'm still waiting for the hammer blow. I'm thinking that, the way the universe tends to work for me (it likes playing practical jokes), I will probably hear something bad today, since I had my quota of good news this AM.
