Welcome to my perfumed garden

With a cup of tea and a toasted hot cross bun liberally lathered with blackcurrant jam - and I have the most enormous, huge n heavy cheesecake in my fridge and a Doctor Who novel in my hand. Life is kind sometimes.

I am wondering why Noel Edmonds is on my telly. How can such a thing have happened...?  Ah, OK - the digi-box has crashed. The situation is fixable. Fixing it now...

And it's sunny outside; warm and bright and beautiful and the BBC say it'll be the same tomorrow! And aside from the chimney sweep coming in the morning, tomorrow, and Friday, and Saturday too are free; FREE I tell you. I might finally get some writing done. I might finally finish the next bit of the Academy story. ::laughs like a loon::
