Saturday

Listening to Jonathan Ross, catching up to LJ, eating crumpets and drinking tea. Doctor Who on telly tonight...

Does life get any better?

Sounds like a really good time to me!
My version - watching Summer Heights High, drinking gin, and reading flist.

watching Summer Heights High

...I have no idea what that is but will accept it as A Good Thing.

The gin sounds excellent, if a little early in the day here. Later maybe - when The Doctor's on, struttin his stuff, doin his thang. *g*

Ah well it was 10pm here when I posted; well past the start of the respectable drinking time.
Summer Heights High is a mockumentary where one comic actor plays three main roles; a male drama teacher, a stuck-up female student, and a struggling Samoan student. It's good! And, according to the Wikipedia article here it's just been sold to BBC3 too.

I shall await its arrival with the greatest glee; if you rec it, it must be good. (o:

Enjoy your gin.

That's a lot to live up to!

I'm the one who squees over "The Professionals", remember? *grin*
Pat of the show's magic is getting sucked-in by the characters to the point where you forget it's Chris Lilley plaing all three.

Well; that's the exception that proves the rule - or something... whatever.

Glad you like, and happy to share! It's pretty basic and all but I love it.
Sitting here eating a banana, and wondering if the black bits are tarantula eggs....

Me too with the Dr Who on telly tonight. And for me it's catching up on LJ, a great film on the telly ( Danny Boyle's 'Millions'), and some strawberries and cream.
Here's to Saturdays like this everywhere!i

strawberries and cream...

In April?

Kay... Each to their own. *g*

But Doctor Who IS Saturday, what? May he be so forever. ::nods::

In April? I live in the Mediterranean, strawberries are all fat and delicious and in season now - yum!

Fitting the GPS thingy successfully to the bike, a bike ride, lunch at the continental market, and now vegging with laptop and a good film with Doctor Who approaching...
::happy sigh::

Weekends are good, aren't they?!

Weekends rule.

Your market lunch thingy sounds well-excellent. And Doctor-squee, indeed!
