I do like first person but it only works occassionally, or at least, it does for me. I had planned to write Child of God all in 1stP but it was too much like hard work. *g*

I'm really enjoying this meme. I've read three new fics from favourite writers on the strength of 1st lines, and I just re-read Jumpin frog, an old fic from my ASJ days and - gosh, it needs a beta! But not a bad story at all (hey, false modesty, who needs it? *g*)
