Just got back from Lancaster...
Where I spent a most pleasant long weekend at
fluterbev 's from whence we all drove down to Liverpool to get picked up by drunken Irishmen have dinner with Garett.
I can't say more right now as I'm feeling very poorly sick and about to get into bed, but words and pictures should be forthcoming just as soon as I can raise the energy.
In the meantime,
fluterbev ,
fingers and I have committed fic. Jim has Flu. Only Blair can heal him.

Re: Hope the frosty looks weren't too awful
Sunday was basically quite a few teasing jibes at me - numerous references to 'just grape juice', 'proper' football, being under tables etc. along with a reference to me threatening his feet and so on and so forth ::sighs:: Not too sure how many times I heard the former two. It was fairly frequently. And then there were the stares... The loooooooooooooooong stares.... Even as he was putting his jacket on to leave us all ::sniffs:: Oh, and the look I got at the autograph table! And Sue/Sioux as well! That's when all the photographic evidence got confirmed and came to light! I was really hoping I'd misremembered that!
I would have offered him a hug when he kept demanding / wondering where his present was when I gave the flowers to Rae and then Gerri and finally Janet at the end but I still 'hate him' ;) And would have been far too embarrassed to do so anyway, but the thought was there :)
Note to self for next time: Get Garett a spoof card and spoof little pressie, though someone else can present these as I found it difficult enough just to be up in front of us all to hand over the flowers and cards to the gals!
