Oh *********!!!!
We're supposed to be driving back to Yorkshire across the dread M62 in an hour or so. And if it's snowing here, what's it going to be like in Yorkshire, or on Saddleworh Moor? ::wibbles::
I'm going to have to ring my sister and see how it is over there. We may have to leave it a day. And I've stripped the bed and washed the duvet. And we've let the Aga go out. Oh buggeringbloodybollocks.

Too cool for subject
Maybe it will melt away again. Take care no matter what you do.

Whenever you choose to do it, I hope you have a safe and uneventful trip!

Re: Ack
That's good to know. ::hugs::
Of course we often have horrendous roads to drive on during out long winters. One of the worst was the night Benjamin was born. Our daughter lives about 50 minutes outside of Ottawa and the trip back to their place to look after the cats and dog was on roads that were more slippery than skating rinks! On a 100 kph max. highway, we never got to go faster than 40 kph and almost never got out of second gear.
Now THAT was a harrowing experience. We have snow tires, but they do very little to help with sheer ice!
