Welcome to my perfumed garden

In our garden this morning, three adorable young partridges, huddled together like a three-headed giant bird-shaped thing! They're not there anymore, it's pissing! down out there and blowing a gale and I have to walk to Penistone Station with all my luggage for yea, verily, tis Sunday and there are no buses.

I can't wait.

I'm off to Newark in about 20 minutes for a week of pure squee chez my great-mate alibongo . Off to Stratford tomorrow; Loves Labour's Lost on Monday night then Hamlet on Wednesday, then it'll be a few days of lolling in an outrageously idle fashion watching Blackpool on DVD. No doubt chocolate and maybe the odd cream tea might figure in that scenario somewhere, too. I'll be online at ali's but not taking the lappy to Stratford so you'll have to do without me for a few days next week. However will y'all cope. ;o)

I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to this. The week off, not the walk to Penistone in the driving wind and rain. Hopefully that'll be the only low point in a week of fangirl glory.
