panik | Saturday Update.

Slow but steady. I've just finished a brief chapter of Entanglement in which we first meet poor Jess, aka (oh noes!) teh VICTIM! a slightly dodgy but respectable 1,450 words which brings the current total to:

I finished another chapter of Blue this morning, it'll need a read-through but should be up, as per tomorrow. Current status, right on schedule!

Such was my week. I have nothing much else to say, really. I've cleaned here and there, chopped some wood, shopped, read four books and written two reviews, still working on the new website and my Vic and Bob mood theme. Tonight I'm off out with a friend, if all goes as usual we shall discuss Cuba, Peru and Venezuela until we've got a couple of beers down out necks and then it'll be mostly Mighty Boosh impressions and Russell Brand.

Urm...

That's it, I'm afraid. My life is insufferably dull. *g* I hope you're all having a simply marvellous weekend my lovely wee piglets. Keep the home fires burning - unless you're on the bottom half of this most goodly orb in which case, light no fires and may all the Gods send you nice breezes to cool your bottoms with.

I will try to catch up with Blue later, as verily I love it greatly :-). At last I have time to read without wee ones interrupting me every five seconds!

I had the worst time trying to post my word metres before - something went completely screwy with the code when I copied and pasted. I ended up having to put them into Notepad first to strip out all the odd code before posting. What a palaver! I still ended up with some odd bits of code in my post, though, which I had to go in and remove manually. I wonder if that's what's happening with you, too?

Ah, yeah. ::grins:: It didn't exactly go according to plan and we called it off early. Hey ho, she seems OK this morning.

It's fine in preview but keeps moving half the message outside the cut and pasting code around it. I went back in and edited it once and it was fine - should have left alone, bt then saw two humiliating typos and when I'd fixed them, the above happened and no matter what I doto it now, only seems to make it worse. It's done bizare things to this whole thread. O:! I think I might go and take the cut out altogether.

matey maria is off in a bit before the storm strikes (it looks really nasty out there) then I shall set about posting novel and fic - read when it please you, chucky, I always love to know what you think but never ever feel you have to. Hope you're having a wonderful wekend.

I don't know what's going on, it's just MENTAL! I've removed the cut and that seems to have sorted it.

I've been musing on changing my theme but I just don't know. I'm comfortable with this one and I worked hard to get the colours right but maybe it's time for a change? Candlemass tomorrow - seems as good a time as any, fresh starts and all that.

I'm very much looking forward to more "Blue" whenever I get the time between Benjamin time to get online. =>}
