Buried Jim's still in a snit

We can has apples!

Still way too soggy underfoot for outdoor type activities though so I might just sit here and drink wine and watch telly and eat Bombay Mix. Yup. That sounds like a good idea to me.

I love the pics of your garden. I don't have much of a green thumb at all, so my garden is quite pitiful in comparison to yours.

And *I* want a Jim in a snit statue!!

There must be somewhere that sells them? They're all over the garden centres here like swine flu. ;o)

Sorry about the thumb. Tbh, there's no skill involved with mine, I stick stuff in, it gets rained on, takes its chances, survives and thrives or gets eaten by slugs. ::shrug::

Yeah, that's pretty much my way of doing it too, lol, at least it works for you!

And I've looked for Jim in a snit statues over here and I can't find one. I'm sure there are a few garden shops I haven't tried yet. Or online. I'll keep hunting. *smooch*

Have you tried ebay? There are a few here from the US. Not cheap but they look pretty good.

Wow! What a change from your last post! Such a lush garden! I love it! =>}

We've had rain every day this week (luckily, no storms!) and our garden is looking lusher by the minute. Most trees have their leaves now and my Lily of the Valley is almost in bloom. Can't wait. =>}

You had rain! In this part of the Country we are getting ready too start praying for rain. On the way to Boston yesterday, we ran through some really bad dust clouds, as the farmers were hilling up the potato's. Boy is it dry...

Good grief! It's like another world. Hey, move to Lancashire, we have tons of the stuff!

Gods, what a gorgeous garden. Mine is still all lawny, but I swear that's changing. I'm going to have nothing to mow back there in a few years.

Ooh, well, gosh! I don't know about that, it's just a tiny patch and shouldn't be hard to keep in check but the climate, so mild and wet leads to incredible growth. If I left it for a month it'd be a rainforest - no exaggeration and I neglected it for a couple of years. It's taken some doing to whup its arse and etc.I'm trying to make it more productive. I have carrots in pots! *g*

SO you've got lawns, huh? So has my Dad, about 1/4 acre of them and about a mile of Beech hedging that we have to keep in check so I truly feel your pain. Paths are good, so are trees. So are potatoes. ;o)

I've got to get put there today though, rain or shine, I have dozens of things waiting to get planted, but it's all grey again.

Your garden makes me happy.

I'm glad it makes you happy. |It's not making me happy to think I have to go out there and dig holes and plant stuff in all the mud. But hey...

I have outdoor fairy lights and I'm going to use them! *g*

Your garden looks utterly charming!

LOL. Hmmm.... Charming. ::muses:: Well, it's certainly enthusiastic in the growth department, I'll give it that.

I've just been planting Pak choi and I see the pigeons are already hovering - the bastards!
