Doxie's day out

Back from a truly delightful day in Lancaster with [livejournal.com profile] fluterbev and [personal profile] mrs_tilford 

The sun shone, skies were blue, the company unsurpassed. A day with the delectable [livejournal.com profile] fluterbev is always a fine and goodly thing but today we were able to add the adorable [personal profile] mrs_tilford  to the list of honarary doxies. A day spent simply  drinking coffee, enjoying lunch and chatting endlessly and one of the loveliest days of my life.

Wow. LJ is being a cow today. Trying again...

Nope. Half the pix are just not appearing. I'm going to have to start again in a fresh post.

What a fab day. My feet/hips have seized up now I'm in, and I am as red as a lobster.

Mrs Tilford is the cutest wee thing eva ♥

It was the best day evah! I'm shattered I must say and the train home was *full* (20+) of American Mormons in identical shirts on a mission to convert O:! Mrs Tilford was an absolute delight, and so were you (though that goes without saying) *g*

My cheeks hurt from smiling! Though that could be the sunburn...

Wow, you were on the Mormom Special! That seems strangely apt. I'm speaking here as someone whose words of imaginary characters that I totally made up have totally been an inspiration to said people ;-).

I have fed the kids their favourite pasta meal, am having a swift G&T and am about to cook beef stronganoff for myself. Life is good :-)
