It's FRIDAY! It is, isn't it? I'm still working on me book at the moment, just stopped for a reviving double-latte + chocolate (yes, I did need that much caffeine). Book's coming on, I'd like to finish chapter 17 before I crack open the cheese and olives and walnut bread and cock my snook at the rain.

As you were. We shall, no doubt, speak later.

Oooh. A blackbird just suddenly started singing. Has the rain stopped then? (answer, no)

Music:: A lone blackbird
location: Withnell
Mood:: 'working' working

And Garett likes him too. *g*

Mmmm walnut bread be good, especially when there's a very runny Camembert to spread on it, and is this an olive I see before me?

Happy Weekend! honey, may it be filled with everything you love.

But not you?
Ooh! That made me giggle!
So you've had a thoroughly soggy day too?
Good for you for the coffee - I so could do with one now
:o)

Have a good one!

Fantastic. *g*

It's one of the best trailers ever. I've watched it a dozen times now, it never palls.

Soggy. Uh huh ::nods:: It started out dark and hot and tropical and then the heaven;s opened and pretty much stay that way for the rest of the day. No flooding, fortunately (huggles the Nor), no springs rising in the kitchen. Good.

You needs to get yourself an espresso machine, that way it's all lattes all the time. :o)

It's been raining here since yesterday evening, but it is supposed to clear up tomorrow afternoon. Before the heavens open again for the whole of Sunday. Whoopeedoo.
Glad you have no extra water where you shouldn't!
I may haz space for new gadgetry soon :o), but maybe not the finances! We shall have to see...

One can never have enough chocolate. *g*

After all the rain we had last week, our ground is already bone dry, so we're looking forward to the rain they're predicting for tonight, if only so that J. doesn't have to start watering everything with the watering can, since hoses can only be used during certain times of the week right now.

We live on a river, and yet our garden water use is rationed. *sigh*

Actually, chocolate is something I can take or leave, but I appreciate its psychoactive qualities when needed. :o)

Rain, rain, rain - the last week has been decidedly dark and soggy, making up for the dry spell in June I suppose. Can't you just steal some river? *g*

If we could run a pipe to the river, we would! =>}
