Thurlstone snow

Walked 2 miles to the vets in this for the dogs meds, they're closed till 2pm. ::shakes fist at the sky::

Yep. It's going to get warmer over Christmas (then colder again next week) they said. No more real snow for the moment they said. So that 4" of snow overnight then?!
Sorry you had all that trek for nothing (other than whiteness).

Make that 8". They've now amended that forecast to even more snow here. I care not, I laugh at the snow because I've done it all, ah hah ha hah! Well, apart from the wrapping of the pressies but that can wait till I've consumed this delightful mince pie here...

Oh heck! I've already said I'm not going in tomorrow unless there's a huge thaw so it's looking like I'm off 'til Tuesday! Woohoo!
Have a good pressie wrap, a lovely mince pie and I'm sure there should be a nice glass of wine in there as well...

Personally, I think whoever is in charge of the weather sits up there, laughing at the poor hoomans who try to forecast the weather, then deliberately borks things up to make them look incompetent. ;-)

Well whoever is controlling it has turned the dial to snow and then wedged it there with a paper clip or something. Snow, at Christmas! This isn't supposed to happen!

Well we got the dog's meds but the shopping will have to wait. I'm warm and full of mince pies and mulled wine, now, thanks so doing just fine.:o) Have a marvellous Christmas.
