Too cool for subject
I want to hear ALL! ::bounces and lives vicariously::

RAOTFL!
Oh. We have had the most unbelievably good time. He is such a darling. We've practically lived in his pockets for the past 3 days (well, during the daylight hours, anyway, heh heh heh). We teased him a lot (he played a bloody awful game of golf! ::G::) and he's teased us back. He's just so funny and approachable; like an old, old friend.
Honestly, there's just too much to tell; we're going to do a proper report just as soon as we can - give us a few days.
Wish you could've come, hon. We wouldn't have missed it for the WORLD!

I'm so happy for you that it went like that. What an amazing experience! You must be on the high to end all highs :-D
I wish I could have come, too. Alas, the time of year, the lack of funds, and other commitments got in the way. But I'm very glad you made it!

It was a gorgeous little place - had a Roman road running right under it, and was sittingwhere the Roman baths would have been (I'll let Ali tell you all about the Roman bit because it totally blew our minds!). Brenda turnes out to be a spiritual healer who works on past lives (you would have LOVED her baby!) She did some crystal work with us over breakfast and cleared our chakras for us and we all sat round and discussed our past lives till we made ourselves late...
I won't go on at length cos I'm really in a rush here and we're going to write up full reports, but when we told her how the golf was going for Richard, she gave us a piece of snow quartz, from Ganulan in North Wales, which she really felt would help (more on this later as it's a lengthy, funny story). Anyway, Richard has the crystal. Whether it's going home with him or not (o: I think it helped him on the day. Not in the way we'd intended - ie, not his golf, which went from bad to worse, but I think it helped him deal in the best possible way. He started the day with everyone asking 'who's he?' and ended it with the entire crowd eating out of his hand and crowding him for autographs. ::G::
But really, everything this weekend just fell ito place beautifully - things that seemed to have gone wrong, turned out to be blessings, and the whole thing was just perfect. It's a horrid and vile shame you couldn't have been with us, babe. really. We missed you! We missed you ALL, in fact - where WAS everybody???
(Not that we're complaining or anything, having had Richie practically all to ourselves and all!)

I so wish I could have been with you. But at the same time, I am so happy that you got to have such a fabulous experience. I am uterly delighted for you! And every little snippet you let drop about your weekend makes me almost as happy as if I'd been there ::bounces::
Right. Sometime in the next few weeks, you, me, large bottle of wine. You will tell me everything!
And if you are still off the booze, I'll drink yours for you... ;-)

Exhaustion's starting to kick in a bit now, tbh. Even squee can only sustain a body for so long...
